Symposium on Human Rights in Guatemala

On October 21, the Chicago Police Board let the three cops who killed Jorge Guillen get off scot free -- no discipline, no suspension, not even a slap on the wrist. The Board gave Chicago police a license to kill -- which the police have done at least twice since the ruling. That's dead wrong. Rally to demand the Board's resignation. Police officers are not above the law! Rally to demand respect for the Latino community! Demand justice for Guillen and other victims of police brutality!
