records in human rights in the western hemisphere. The panel includes
Daniel Matul of the Guatemala Maya League, whose two brothers were

let the three cops who killed Jorge Guillen get off scot free -- no
discipline, no suspension, not even a slap on the wrist. The Board gave
Chicago police a license to kill -- which the police have done at least
twice since the ruling. That's dead wrong. Rally to demand the Board's
resignation. Police officers are not above the law! Rally to demand
respect for the Latino community! Demand justice for Guillen and other
